Meditation course for beginners or already practitioners It is about 21 sessions (plus 2 introductory ones) on experiences, concepts and valuable data of the inner universe, which are impossible to define; as well as simple practices that help to be more aware of them. The twenty-one Days are symbolic of mental or spiritual practices that over many years have benefited those who maintain an interest in them during that time. The participant determined to know his inner world better, because he wants to enjoy more peace and happiness in life, will know the need to meditate daily to BE REAL.
